Laureate head right / Sarapis enthroned left, holding scepter; at his feet, Kerberos seated left; L ΛΓ (date) to left. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 3888; K&G 41.141; Emmett 2557.33 (R4). VF, attractive find patina. Very rare type for this regnal year, which is Commodus' last.
